Cancellation Policy
Full Payment To secure an appointment or written reading, I require full payment for service to be paid in advance. Cancellation of Video Appointment I require at least 24 hour notice for any clients that need to cancel a recorded video call appointment. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of 50% of the service charge. If the appointment is cancelled with 6 hours the full cost of the appointment will be charged. Cancellation of Record Appointment Recorded Video appointments are scheduled like any other appointment and will follow the same policy as a video appointment. I require at least 24 hour notice for any clients that need to cancel a recorded video call appointment. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of 50% of the service charge. If the appointment is cancelled with 6 hours the full cost of the appointment will be charged. Cancellation of Written Response With a written response, you will receive a confirmation of scheduled date and time/slot. Once you have received the confirmation, the same policy will be enacted as if the appointment was a video appointment. I require at least 24 hour notice for any clients that need to cancel a recorded video call appointment. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of 50% of the service charge. If the appointment is cancelled with 6 hours the full cost of the appointment will be charged. Early/Lateness Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated slot as I may still be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters. For your appointment it is important you are in a quite area and alone. All readings are performed on an individual bases and others are not allowed to be present. Late Appointments If you are late, please note that I will stay on the call for 10 minutes after which time no refund will be offered and the service will be considered completed. Unfortunately, due to limited time availability times will not be able to be extended due to late arrival. Payment Disputes If there are any payment disputes please email, dawnsfirstlight1111@outlook.com with the subject "Payment Dispute" and I will review within 24 hours. If the member goes directly to the bank without reaching out first with the dispute concern, I will provide the bank with this policy where you have indicated that you would work with me first.
